Are the apartments centrally located and close to transport?
All of the properties that are featured on this site are in the heart of central London. London transport buses are close to all locations and our popular Tube stations are within a few minutes walk.
What are the benefits of residing in an apartment rather than a hotel?
In our superior apartments, we do our utmost to offer you the same standards in decorative order and furnishings as a top hotel. However, you will find that we offer the visitor more room with the added space of a lounge but at vast savings.
Can you arrange a food pack on arrival?
We have a selection of food packs available, for further details please contact reservations.
Do all of your properties receive Satellite Television including film, foreign and news channels?
All of our properties have the option of receiving satellite television. Premier channels are offered as a supplement.
If we require secretarial services, fax/answering machines etc?
We have complete business services available for our guests that includes private fax machines, secretarial services etc. Please discuss with reservations for rates applicable.
Can you arrange Theatre tickets, tours and generally provide us with assistance with finding places of interest?
We will do our best to assist you during your stay in London. We can inform you of current theatre productions and organise tickets, dinner reservations etc. In addition, it would be our pleasure to organise tours to popular sights in London and to our beautiful countryside locations such as Bath, York, etc.
How large are the apartments and what do they contain?
Our apartments range from one to five bedrooms, all have a certain number of bathrooms as specified in the tariff, a separate lounge/sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen. Each property has a direct dial telephone and the majority either have satellite or cable television.
Can you offer airport transfers?
We can arrange for you to be collected at the airport and taken directly to your apartment either by limousine or car.

- Each week day your apartment will be serviced by one of our housekeepers but if you require extra servicing then this may be arranged, please discuss this with your reservation operative.
- Welcome Packs from basic to gourmet. After a long trip arrive at your apartment and have some delicious foods available.
- Favourite restaurants, ask our reservation department for a list of some of London's finest restaurants and we will be pleased to endeavour to arrange a reservation for your chosen date and time.
- Business facilities, from secretarial to translation facilities, conference rooms, internet access or any further requirements will all be endeavoured to be catered for.
Although extra charges are applicable, We believe each guest has their own requirements and we would like to be able to offer them that special touch.
